Thermoplastic compounding is a process in which a base resin is blended with additives—such as stabilizers, fillers, clarifiers, masterbatches, plasticizers, and reinforcing agents—to enhance its mechanical, thermal, optical, or electrical properties. These compounds are particularly vital when raw, base materials cannot meet specific market demands, and customers require enhanced properties with stable performance and cost-effectiveness.
The compounds offered by this manufacturing group cover a broad spectrum of manufacturers’ needs, and we are prepared to accommodate new formulations for product customization whenever necessary.
To ensure performance consistency in the final production process, our products are labeled with lot numbers and production identifiers. Depending on customer preference, they are supplied in the following packaging options:
- Three-layer polyethylene bags (20 kg and 25 kg)
- Polypropylene sacks with polyethylene lamination (20 kg and 25 kg)
- Jumbo bags (1000 kg and 1250 kg)
For enhanced safety during transit, the 20 kg and 25 kg packages can be loaded into larger jumbo bags or onto stretch-wrapped pallets, according to the customer’s request.

- Morvarid Yazd’s Manufacturing group is equipped with calibrated testing equipment where raw materials and the mass production process are carefully tested to ensure consistent quality.
- The polymer properties are testing in accordance with ASTM, ISO, and ISIRI standards.
- All products are supplied with a Technical Data Sheet (TDS).
- The tests can be carried out by our customer’s representative to ensure the quality of products.
- Manufacturer’s Declaration (MD) and Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents are issued upon request.

The Research & Development (R&D) department at Morvarid Yazd Manufacturing Group, supported by creative and highly expertise team ,
is committed to the following approaches :

The R&D department is equipped with a Leistritz lab-scale compounding machine, which allows the production of laboratory samples before starting mass production processes.
Then, using a SANDERETTO laboratory injection molding machine ; equipped with a precision specimen’s mold ( dumbbell and rectangular standard shaped ) for performing the tests of mechanical properties , tensile strength & elongation (at yield and break) , impact strength, heat deflection temperature (HDT) and Vicat softening temperature .
