  • GMY and MBJ companies, considering their responsibility towards environmental protection, provide alternative solutions according to customer’s request for improved thermoplastic compounds in combination with the homogeneous recycled materials (such as lumps, powders etc.) with stable properties.

Advantages of thermoplastic compounds :

o Thermoplastic Compound is manufactured from carrier resins, colorings, and additives in certain proportion to meet the production needs of customers. Considering that plastic industries have progressive single screw extruders, the use of compounds solves problems such as mixing raw materials with each other during production, waste of raw materials and slow production speed.

o Thermoplastic compounds have good distribution in the carrier polymer matrix as well as stable properties. Therefore, it speeds up the process and reduces the cost of producing plastic products.

Quality Control :

o GMY and MBJ companies have dedicated laboratories with calibrated equipment to control raw materials and products.
o Continuous sampling and testing polymer indexes during production presses according to ASTM, ISO, ISIRI standards. Technical Data Sheets (TDS) provide detailed specifications for all our products, including:
